Daugherty is a retired professional basketball player known for his impactful presence in the National Basketball Association (NBA) during the 1990s and early 2000s. Born on May 27, 1965, in Dayton, Ohio, Daugherty played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he was a key member of the Tar Heels' nationally ranked teams.
