Aaron Hernandez

Aaron Hernandez was born on November 6, 1989, in Bristol, Connecticut. He played college football at the University of Florida, where he was a standout tight end under head coach Urban Meyer. During his time with the Gators, Hernandez won the BCS National Championship in 2006 and was awarded the John Mackey Award in 2009, recognizing him as the best tight end in college football.

Hernandez was selected by the New England Patriots in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He quickly rose to prominence, forming a formidable tight end duo with Rob Gronkowski, and was instrumental in the Patriots' offense, helping the team reach Super Bowl XLVI in 2012. Over three seasons, he recorded 175 receptions for 1,956 yards and 18 touchdowns, establishing himself as one of the top players at his position.

However, Hernandez's career and life took a tragic turn when he was arrested in 2013 and later convicted for the murder of Odin Lloyd, leading to a life sentence in prison.
