Adam Stansfield (born September 10, 1978 – died August 10, 2010) was an English professional footballer known for his versatility as a forward. He began his career at Hereford United, where he made his debut in 1996 before moving to clubs such as Weymouth and Tiverton Town. Stansfield's notable performance at Tiverton attracted attention from higher leagues, eventually leading to a transfer to Exeter City in 2006.
At Exeter City, Stansfield played a pivotal role in the club's resurgence, helping them achieve promotion to the Football League in 2008. He was celebrated for his work ethic and goal-scoring ability, finishing as the team's top scorer in multiple seasons.
