Adriaan Strauss, born on November 18, 1985, in Pretoria, South Africa, is a retired South African rugby union player known for his role as a hooker. He developed his skills at various youth levels before making his professional debut for the Blue Bulls in the Currie Cup in 2006. Strauss quickly gained recognition for his strong physical play and leadership qualities, earning selection to represent South Africa at multiple levels, including the Under-21 and Sevens teams.
