Al Madsen is a former professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard. Born on July 15, 1985, in Seattle, Washington, Madsen quickly rose through the ranks of youth basketball, earning a scholarship to play at the University of Oregon. During his collegiate career, he became the all-time leader in three-pointers made, showcasing his prowess as a perimeter shooter.
Madsen was selected 35th overall in the 2007 NBA Draft by the Portland Trail Blazers. He played five seasons in the NBA, spending time with the Trail Blazers and later the Miami Heat, where he was part of the 2012 championship team.
