Alain Morissette, born on August 26, 1969, in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, is a retired Canadian ice hockey player known for his contributions to the sport during the late 1980s and 1990s. Morissette played as a defenseman, showcasing his skill and versatility on the ice. He was selected by the Montreal Canadiens in the 5th round, 86th overall, during the 1987 NHL Entry Draft.
