Alan Quinlan is a retired Irish rugby union player, born on July 13, 1974, in Tipperary, Ireland. Renowned for his exceptional skills as a flanker, Quinlan gained significant recognition during his tenure with Munster Rugby, where he played from 1999 until 2011. His contributions were pivotal in Munster's success, most notably during their historic victory in the 2006 European Rugby Champions Cup.
