Biography
Alana Fursman is an accomplished basketball athlete known for her skillful play and leadership on the court. Born in 1998 in Chicago, Illinois, she began exhibiting exceptional talent in basketball at a young age. Fursman played for her high school team at Lincoln High School, where she was recognized as a McDonald's All-American and led her team to a state championship.
Following her high school success, Fursman played collegiate basketball at the University of Notre Dame, where she became a key player for the Fighting Irish. During her college career, she was named to the All-Conference First Team multiple times and played a significant role in leading the team to the NCAA Tournament finals in 2020. Fursman graduated in 2021 with a degree in Business Administration while maintaining an impressive average of over 15 points per game throughout her college tenure.
After completing her college career, Fursman was drafted into the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and quickly made an impact as a valuable contributor for her team.
