Albert Lewis, born on October 6, 1960, is a former professional American football cornerback who had a notable career in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oklahoma State University before being selected in the third round of the 1983 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Raiders. Over his 16-season career, Lewis became known for his exceptional speed and coverage skills, earning a reputation as one of the league's premier defensive backs.
During his time in the NFL, Lewis played for the Los Angeles Raiders, Kansas City Chiefs, and the New York Jets, with the bulk of his success coming during his tenure with the Chiefs from 1983 to 1993.
