Alexander Burmistrov, born on October 21, 1991, in Kazan, Russia, is a professional ice hockey player known for his offensive skills and agility on the ice. He was drafted 8th overall by the Atlanta Thrashers in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft and made his NHL debut during the 2010-11 season. Burmistrov’s early years were marked by his development in the Ak Bars Kazan junior system, where he showcased his potential and garnered attention from NHL scouts.
During his tenure in the NHL, Burmistrov played for the Atlanta Thrashers and later the Winnipeg Jets, contributing to the team with his playmaking abilities.
