Biography
Alexander Sulzer is a former professional ice hockey player from Germany, born on May 30, 1984, in Füssen. A defenseman known for his solid two-way play and impressive skating ability, Sulzer began his professional career with the Eisbären Berlin in the German top-tier league, the DEL, before making his way to North America. He was drafted by the Nashville Predators in the third round, 92nd overall, of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
Sulzer made his NHL debut during the 2007-2008 season and went on to play a total of 20 NHL games with the Predators and the Florida Panthers over the course of his career.
