Amobi Okoye is a former Nigerian-American professional football player born on June 10, 1987, in Anambra State, Nigeria. He moved to the United States at a young age and showcased his athletic prowess, ultimately playing college football at the University of Louisville. Okoye was selected by the Houston Texans as the 10th overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, making him one of the youngest players ever drafted into the league.
