Andre Gurode, born on March 6, 1978, in Houston, Texas, is a former American football center who played in the National Football League (NFL) for twelve seasons. He was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 2002 NFL Draft after a standout college career at the University of Colorado, where he was recognized for his exceptional athletic abilities and football intelligence.
