Andy Miele, born on April 15, 1988, in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, is a former professional ice hockey player renowned for his skill as a forward. He played junior hockey with the USA Hockey National Team Development Program before advancing to a successful collegiate career at Miami University, where he notably won the Hobey Baker Award in 2011 as the top player in American college hockey.
Miele was selected 134th overall by the Phoenix Coyotes in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. He made his professional debut in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Portland Pirates, where he exhibited offensive prowess and earned several accolades, including AHL All-Star recognition.
