Anthony Muñoz, born on August 19, 1958, in Ontario, California, is a former professional American football player who is widely regarded as one of the greatest offensive linemen in National Football League (NFL) history. He played college football at the University of Southern California, where he earned All-American honors and helped lead the Trojans to a national championship in 1978. Muñoz was selected as the third overall pick in the 1980 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals, where he spent his entire 13-season career.
During his tenure with the Bengals from 1980 to 1992, Muñoz was instrumental in the team's offensive success, earning 11 Pro Bowl selections and 10 First-Team All-Pro honors.
