Archie Jackson was an Australian cricketer born on September 5, 1909, in Sydney, New South Wales. He played as a right-handed batsman and was noted for his aggressive playing style and exceptional batting technique. Jackson made his first-class debut for New South Wales in 1928 and quickly gained recognition for his performances, establishing himself as one of the foremost young talents in Australian cricket.
Jackson's international career was marked by his selection for the Australian national team, where he played his first Test match in 1929 against South Africa.
