Art Powell (born February 25, 1937) was an American football wide receiver who had a notable career in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at San Jose State University before being drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the 1960 NFL Draft. Powell's professional career spanned from 1960 to 1968, during which he played for several teams, including the 49ers, the New York Titans, and the Oakland Raiders.
