Arthur Mills (born December 20, 1923) was a distinguished New Zealand cricketer who made significant contributions to the sport during the mid-20th century. Primarily known for his skills as a right-handed batsman and occasional off-spin bowler, Mills represented Canterbury in domestic cricket and was selected for the New Zealand national team.
