Biography
Arthur Sims (27 July 1877 – 14 December 1942) was an Australian cricketer who played as a right-handed batsman and occasional bowler. He made his first-class debut for New South Wales in the 1899-1900 season and quickly established himself as a key player in the team. Sims was known for his solid technique and determined approach, contributing significantly to the domestic cricket scene in Australia during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Throughout his career, Sims participated in a total of 29 first-class matches, accumulating over 1,000 runs at an average of 24.90, including one century and seven half-centuries.
