Auston Trusty, born on August 12, 1998, is an American professional soccer player who primarily plays as a defender. He began his career in youth soccer with the Philadelphia Union Academy before signing with the team's senior squad in 2016. Trusty soon gained recognition for his physical presence and tactical awareness, leading to his selection in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft, where he was picked 16th overall by the Union.
Trusty's career advanced as he was loaned to the United Soccer League’s Bethlehem Steel FC, where he showcased his abilities with consistent performances.
