Ben Grubbs, born on March 10, 1984, in Jesup, Georgia, is a retired American football player who played as a guard in the National Football League (NFL). He attended the University of Auburn, where he was a standout player on the college football team and earned First-Team All-SEC honors. Grubbs was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft, marking the beginning of a successful professional career.
During his time with the Ravens, Grubbs became known for his exceptional blocking skills and versatility on the offensive line.
