Bill Chipley (July 2, 1920 – August 31, 1991) was an American professional football player who played as an end in the National Football League (NFL). He was born in New Britain, Connecticut, and attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he excelled in football and contributed significantly to the team's success. Chipley was drafted in the 12th round of the 1942 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles.
