Bill Rhines is a retired professional basketball player, known for his impactful career in both collegiate and professional basketball. Born on April 14, 1985, in Chicago, Illinois, Rhines played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he was a standout player, earning multiple All-Conference honors and leading his team to the NCAA tournament.
