Billy Waddy, born on February 19, 1954, in Marshall, Texas, is a former professional American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League (NFL). He attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he gained recognition for his exceptional speed and receiving skills. Waddy was drafted in the fourth round of the 1976 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams.
During his six-year career in the NFL, Waddy played primarily for the Los Angeles Rams and the Cleveland Browns.
