Blair Kiel, born on November 29, 1961, in New Albany, Indiana, was a prominent American football quarterback. He rose to prominence during his collegiate career at the University of Notre Dame, where he played from 1980 to 1984. Kiel was recognized for his strong arm and ability to lead teams, finishing his college career with notable performances that set the stage for his entry into the NFL.
Kiel was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the sixth round of the 1984 NFL Draft.
