Bob Chandler, born on April 24, 1949, in Long Beach, California, is a former professional American football player who made a significant impact in the National Football League (NFL) primarily as a wide receiver. After playing college football at the University of California, Berkeley, Chandler was selected in the 8th round of the 1971 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills. He spent the majority of his career with the Bills, where he became known for his reliable hands and ability to make clutch receptions.
