Bob Taylor Dobbins was an American football athlete born on July 3, 1890. He played college football at the University of Pennsylvania, where he distinguished himself as a versatile player on offense and defense. Dobbins transitioned to professional football in the early years of the National Football League (NFL), joining the Frankford Yellow Jackets in 1926.
