Candie Kung, born on August 8, 1981, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is a professional golfer who represents the United States on the LPGA Tour. Moving to the United States in her youth, she honed her skills at the University of Washington, where she earned All-American honors. Kung turned professional in 2000, quickly making a name for herself in the competitive golf circuit.
Throughout her career, Kung has secured notable victories, including two LPGA Tour titles: the 2002 and 2003 editions of the Australia Women's Open.
