Carroll Dale, born on April 24, 1938, is a former professional American football wide receiver who played in the National Football League (NFL) for over a decade. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 4th round of the 1962 NFL Draft after a collegiate career at the University of Virginia, where he showcased his exceptional skills as a pass catcher. During his career, Dale played for the Green Bay Packers from 1962 to 1968 and later for the Los Angeles Rams from 1969 to 1972.
