Carroll Williams is a former professional American football player who played as a running back in the National Football League (NFL) during the 1980s and 1990s. Born on September 15, 1963, in Tallahassee, Florida, Williams played college football at the University of Florida, where he earned All-SEC honors. He was selected in the 4th round of the 1985 NFL Draft by the Kansas City Chiefs.
