Charles Benstead, born on April 21, 1896, was an English cricketer known for his contributions to the sport during the early 20th century. He played as a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium pace bowler, primarily representing Sussex County Cricket Club in first-class cricket from 1919 to 1931. Benstead made a significant impact on the game, participating in 215 matches and scoring over 8,000 runs, with a highest score of 252.
