Charles Jackson (born March 12, 1962) is a former professional American football player who played as a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). After playing college football at the University of Southern California, Jackson was selected in the second round of the 1984 NFL Draft by the New York Jets. He quickly established himself as a key defensive player, known for his exceptional speed and tackling ability.
Throughout his NFL career, which spanned over a decade, Jackson played for the New York Jets and the Atlanta Falcons.
