Charley Young, born on October 13, 1952, is a former professional American football player who played as a tight end in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected in the first round of the 1973 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons, becoming the 19th overall pick after an impressive college career at the University of Southern California.
