Chris Gocong, born on November 16, 1983, in California, is a former professional American football player recognized for his versatile contributions as an outside linebacker and defensive end in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at California Polytechnic State University, where he earned All-American honors and established himself as a standout defensive player. Gocong was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 2006 NFL Draft, showcasing his potential at the professional level.
