Chris Sailer, born on January 9, 1977, is a former American football placekicker and punter who played in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Nevada, where his exceptional kicking abilities garnered national attention. After going undrafted in the 1999 NFL Draft, Sailer signed with the San Francisco 49ers, marking the beginning of his professional career.
