Biography
Cleniece Roberts is a prominent basketball athlete known for her versatility on the court and her impactful contributions to her teams. Born on February 12, 1998, in Atlanta, Georgia, Roberts gained recognition during her high school career at Westlake High School, where she led her team to multiple state championships and earned several All-American honors. Her exceptional skills as a forward garnered attention from collegiate programs across the nation.
Roberts attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she played for the Tar Heels' women's basketball team from 2016 to 2020. Throughout her college career, she was named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) First Team twice and played a pivotal role in leading her team to the NCAA tournament. Her impressive performances included scoring over 1,500 career points and becoming one of the top rebounders in school history.
