Cliff Branch, born on August 1, 1948, was an American professional football player known for his remarkable career as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). Drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the fourth round of the 1972 NFL Draft, Branch quickly established himself as a key player within the team.
