Dai Young, born on July 26, 1967, in Cardiff, Wales, is a retired rugby union player and coach, renowned for his contributions to the sport both on and off the field. Primarily a prop, Young had a distinguished playing career, achieving significant recognition for his skills and tenacity. He represented the Welsh national team from 1990 to 1997, earning 41 caps and participating in three Rugby World Cups.
