Daiji Morii, born on August 4, 1967, is a retired Japanese tennis player who gained prominence during the late 1980s and early 1990s. He turned professional in 1986 and quickly made a name for himself on the ATP Tour, showcasing his formidable skills on both hard and clay courts. Throughout his career, Morii achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 50 in November 1991.
Morii's most significant career highlights include reaching the fourth round of the US Open in 1988 and the third round of the Australian Open in 1990, where he demonstrated his competitive edge against top-ranked players.
