Dalton Hilliard, born on January 21, 1964, is a former professional American football player who made a significant impact as a running back in the National Football League (NFL). Hilliard played college football at Louisiana State University (LSU), where he earned accolades for his performance, including being named a consensus All-American in 1985. He was selected in the second round of the 1986 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints.
