Damian McKenzie, born on April 20, 1995, in Rotorua, New Zealand, is a prominent Rugby Union athlete known for his versatility as a fullback and fly-half. He attended Rotorua Boys' High School, where he showcased his rugby talent, leading to his selection for the New Zealand Secondary Schools team. McKenzie progressed through the junior ranks, representing the New Zealand Under-20 team in 2014, where he contributed to their successful campaign at the IRB Junior World Championship.
Making his professional debut for the Waikato Chiefs in 2015, McKenzie quickly established himself as a key player in Super Rugby, known for his speed, agility, and goal-kicking abilities.
