Danny McManus, born on June 17, 1965, in Miami, Florida, is a former professional American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) and various Canadian football leagues. He played college football at Florida State University, where he became known for his strong arm and leadership abilities, ultimately setting the stage for a successful professional career.
McManus was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the 11th round of the 1987 NFL Draft, but he gained prominence during his tenure in the Canadian Football League (CFL), particularly with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the Edmonton Eskimos.
