Dave Cadigan, born on April 6, 1965, is a former professional American football player who played as an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). Cadigan attended the University of Southern California, where he was a standout performer on the Trojans' football team. He was selected in the fifth round of the 1987 NFL Draft by the New York Jets.
