David Sheppard (born March 6, 1929) was a prominent English cricketer, renowned for his contributions as a batsman and off-spin bowler. He played first-class cricket primarily for Sussex from 1948 until his retirement in 1965, amassing over 18,000 runs and securing more than 400 wickets throughout his career.
