Dean Danigelis is a former professional American football player who played as a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on May 15, 1985, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Danigelis played college football at the University of Miami, where he earned All-American honors and established himself as a standout defensive player.
Danigelis was selected in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans. Over the course of his six-year career in the league, he became known for his exceptional speed and agility, recording a total of 15 interceptions and 200 tackles. He played for the Texans until 2012 and was a key contributor to the team's defense during their playoff runs in the early 2010s.
After retiring from professional football, Danigelis transitioned to sports commentary, providing insights and analysis on various sports networks.
