Dennis Mendyk is a former professional American football player who played as a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL). Born on March 28, 1985, in Tampa, Florida, he attended the University of Florida, where he played college football for the Florida Gators. Mendyk was selected in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks, where he quickly established himself as a key player on the defensive line.
