Derrick Boles is a retired professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard. Born on March 15, 1990, in Atlanta, Georgia, he rose through the ranks of high school basketball, earning All-American honors before committing to play college basketball at the University of North Carolina. During his collegiate career, Boles averaged 18.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game, leading his team to an NCAA Championship appearance in 2010.
After declaring for the NBA Draft, Boles was selected in the second round by the Portland Trail Blazers in 2012.
