Dick Beyer, born on July 11, 1930, was an American professional football player who made a significant impact in the National Football League (NFL) as an offensive lineman. After playing college football at the University of North Dakota, he was drafted in the 1953 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins. Beyer’s playing career spanned from 1953 to 1961, during which he also had stints with the Green Bay Packers and the New York Giants.
