Dou Innocent, born on July 9, 1972, is a former professional American football player known for his dynamic performances as a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). After a standout college career at the University of Florida, where he earned All-SEC honors, Innocent was selected in the second round of the 1994 NFL Draft by the New York Jets.
