E. Rice is a former professional American football player who gained prominence as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). Born on October 13, 1962, in Starkville, Mississippi, Rice played college football at Mississippi Valley State University, where he set NCAA records for receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns.
